NetOps Predicts and Prevents Network Faults

Maxspeed Offers Serial Port System

Maxspeed (Palo Alto, Calif.) announced PSRack, a high-speed expandable serial port system that supports up to 128 intelligent PCI serial ports per rack. The rack connects directly to servers via a PCI serial controller and can hold up eight 16-port modules. Multiple PSRack systems can be connected to the same host, enabling Windows NT servers to access up to 256 serial devices.

NLynx Emulates 5250 for Midrange Access

NLynx Systems Inc. (Austin, Texas) announced the NLynx 3XTwin Any-Window 5250 hardware/software package, which combines NLynx's 3XTwin adapter card with ES/95 software for Windows NT and Windows 95, and TwinView Elite software for Windows 3.x and Windows for Work-groups 3.11. GigaLabs Introduces SCSI Switching for Storage
