NCR Corp. (Austin, Texas, www.tk.com) announced that it will become a reseller of eCustomer Enterprise Relationship Management software from SMART Technologies (Dayton, Ohio, www.smartdna.com).

Under terms of the agreement, NCR will initially offer the product as part of its communications industry electronic commerce solutions. Plans also call for NCR to provide the eCustomer solution, tailored to other industries, as part of its High Availability solutions portfolio. The High Availability solutions portfolio includes e-commerce and CTI/Call Center solutions, as well as programs built on top of Microsoft Exchange and multiuser NT environments.
