The second beta version of Microsoft's Outlook 98 is now available for download from the Web. Based on feedback from beta 1, the new version includes new fax functionality for Internet e-mail users, support for Internet Explorer 4.01, improved calendar performance, and new designs to the Find and Organize tools.
