Election results. Nominating Committee chair Linda Savage presented the Tellers report. President Allen then announced the election results. Delegates elected three new members to the Nominating Committee: Michelle M. Byrne, RN, MS, PhD, CNOR; Jane H. Flowers, RN, MSN, CNOR; and Armando Riera, RN, BSN, CNOR.

Members elected to the Board of Directors are Lorraine J. Butler, RN, MSA, CNOR; Charlotte L. Guglielmi, RN, BSN, CNOR; and Nathalie Walker, RN, BS, CNOR. The new Secretary is Sharon McNamara, RN, MSN, CNOR. The new Vice President is Michelle Burke, RN, MSA, CNOR, and the new President-elect is Betty J. Shultz, RN, CNOR.
