Groups to meet at Congress

Many groups (eg, specialty assemblies, state councils, committees, reunion groups) officially organize at Congress each year (Table 1). Ancillary meeting times and locations will be printed in time official Congress Program as well. Specialty assembly meeting dates and times can be found on page 112 in this Journal. If your group needs a meeting room, you can obtain a meeting room request form online at http://www.aorn.org/Congress/Attendees/pdf/2004affilliaterequest.pdf. Follow the instructions on the form. Groups may schedule meetings on-site by contacting personnel in the Headquarters Office at the San Diego Convention center.
