AORN CONGRESS, APRIL 2002. The table titled "Care of instruments and other items exposed to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob prion," which was distributed at Congress, April 21-25, 2002, in Anaheim, Calif, contained a typographical error. It should read "autoclave at 121[degrees]C (250[degrees]F) in gravity sterilizer for 60 minutes. Please note, this item in the table on page 247 of the August 2001 AORN Journal "Clinical Issues" is correct.
