* A news item warns that the risks of silicone injections for merely cosmetic purposes (eg, smoothing facial wrinkles, enlarging breasts) far outweigh any possible benefit. * "Legislation" reports that one health care bill introduced in the 95th US Congress would restructure the present method of health care delivery in the United States to encompass a national health service that would replace private insurance coverage.
