Exclusion factors (if the patient meets any of these criteria,
he or she is not eligible to participate)
1. Preexisting infection (eg, elevated white blood cells or
temperature > 100.5[degrees]F [38.06[degrees]C])
2. Allergy to topical iodine
3. Emergency, cardiopulmonary resuscitation in progress
Prep groups (please circle which group the patient was randomized to)
1. Povidone-iodine paint
2. Povidone-iodine five-minute scrub with paint
3. One-step iodophor/alcohol water insoluble film
4. One-step iodophor/alcohol water insoluble film with iodine
impregnated incise drape

2. Ejection fraction percentage --
3. Internal mammary artery yes/no/bilateral
4. Time in OR --
5. Time out OR -- total OR time --
6. Total time on bypass --

* Locate the patient's height on the chart. If the patient weighs more
than the corresponding weight, he or she is considered obese. For
example, a 160-cm female who weighs 68 kg would be considered obese.
