The VisionScan from General Inspection (Davisburg, MI) has been developed for high-volume nut and washer manufacturers. Its unique part handling system allows for high-speed, 3D inspection using multiple sensor technologies which measure by using quantitative dimensions. A combination of lasers, high-resolution CCD cameras and Windows-based software are used to automatically, 100% inspect and measure parts.
