An aqueous parts washer featuring all stainless steel construction with rinse and blow-off features in a compact U-bend design has beer added to the broad line of metal parts cleaning equipment from ALMCO, Inc. Developed with worker productivity in mind, the Model PWRB6-36EU is operated by a single worker who loads and unloads parts from one location.

It is modular in design to allow adding wash or drying stages as required by the individual user. Features a variable speed, 6-in. wide flat wire belt that carries individual or containers of small parts through the system. Heated cleaning solution is sprayed from multiple adjustable nozzles at the top, bottom and side of the cleaning chamber. Built-in cyclonic filtration equipment provides recycling of liquids for reuse and for environmentally safe disposal of solid particles and floating matter.
