CDA Announces New DVD Analyzers

CD Associates, Inc. has introduced the DVD1000P DVD replica analyzer and DVD SP200 Dual Layer Stamper Analyzer. The DVD1000P incorporates the Pulstec SDP1000 drive and is fully compatible with tight measurement correlations. The DVD100P operates under Windows-based software and can be rack-mounted in a single system. The DVD SP200 Dual Layer Stamper Analyzer allows users to play and analyze both layer 0 and layer 1 stampers from a DVD-9 disc while maintaining simultaneous access to both stampers. This feature provides users with the ability to analyze how the stampers work together as the layers will on the molded disc. This unit operates under the CDA DVD 200 Series Windows software and offers full analysis capability, process control, and playability testing.
