From July 9 to December 31, 1999, Cygnet will continue to manufacture the 12-inch libraries at their San Jose base on a sub-contract basis (under the Plasmon brand name). During this period, Plasmon will commit to purchase a minimum of 20 units. If actual shipments fall below this number, a further payment equal to the unit shortfall multiplied by $45,000 will be added to the final payment of $750,000.
