Scottsdale Technologies acquires license to market Stack-eez CD storage system

Emedia Professional, Sept, 1998

Scottsdale Technologies Inc. has announced that it has acquired from JAJA Inc. an exclusive worldwide license to manufacture, market, and distribute Stack-eez, a new compact disc storage case system capable of holding arrangements of audio CDs, CD-ROMs, and DVDs. Similar in size and shape to the traditional jewel box, the Stack-eez system allows the user to access to CD by the touch of a single tab, releasing the disc out of a sliding drawer in the front of the unit. Units can be interlocked together, allowing users to build or stack them to create their own unique displays. Scottsdale Technologies has also obtained exclusive rights to use the patent, copyright, trademarks, and service marks associated with the product name.
