Richard Mazelsky has been named president and COO of Clovis. He recently served as senior vice president at Todays Office Professionals. Mazelsky previously worked as senior vice president at Spherion, president of Sparks Personnel Services and president of Tandem Staffing Solutions.

Samuel T. Proctor has been named a vice president and employee benefits consultant at Conner Strong. He recently served as principal, lead client consultant and portfolio manager at Hewitt Associates. Proctor previously was a senior consultant in the health and group benefits practice at Mercer.
