Levy hopes to continue working at the Center, and ultimately to become a faculty member at CUNY, sharing her knowledge of Latin American history. Future aspirations for her personal life include starting a family and continuing to explore her interests in the world. With her drive, passion and genuine love for work and education, the possibilities are endless for Teresita Levy.

* Education: B.A. in Latin American Studies from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL; M.S. in Counseling and College Student Development from Long Island University; a M. Phil. in History from the Graduate Center of CUNY; working on Ph.D. in History!
* Hobbies: Cooking and travel
* Favorite Musical Artists: Sonido Isleño (her husband's Latin jazz group); jazz musician Vaughn Freeman.
* Artistic Background: studied piano until age 18; has danced salsa, mambo and changüí with her husband's group.
