The Ford Amphitheatre 2004 Summer Season of concerts embraces the cultures of Los Angeles County with events such as Fiesta Perú on Friday, August 20, featuring the music and dance of Inca, The Peruvian Ensemble. Jazz Pilgrimage 2004 takes place on August 21 with a tribute to Peruvian percussionist Alex Acuña, who will perform with the Jazz On the Latin Side All-Stars.
On Sunday, August 29, To Havana With Love features the sounds of Orquesta La Moderna Tradición (a 14-member orchestra from the S.F. Bay Area). On Sunday, September 5, Brazilian Summer Festival 2004 celebrates Brazil's Independence Day, featuring the mesmerizing beauty of the country's music and dance.
