Haynes Corp. has successfully completed its acquisition of Hatch & Kirk Fuel Injection Systems, Norwalk, Calif., from its parent company, Hatch & Kirk inc., Seattle, Wash. The company will conduct business under the name of Haynes Fuel Injection Corp. The turnkey acquisition includes all of the intellectual property, machinery and equipment, and inventory of the company. The business, with its employees, will be maintained and operated at its present location in Norwalk.
According to Haynes, this strategic acquisition will enhance Haynes' product offerings to further develop technologies to meet worldwide and USA-EPA emission standards. In addition, Haynes will increase its overall capacity to manufacture and produce various fuel injection nozzle assemblies, plunger and barrel assemblies and other engine component parts for industrial diesel engines utilized in locomotive, marine and stationary applications.
