China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. (Sinopec Corp.) and Exxon-Mobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corp., signed a framework agreement to strengthen the strategic alliance between the two companies and move forward their joint venture projects under development in Fujian and Guangdong Provinces.

It has been reported that Fiat India, a fully owned subsidiary of Fiat Auto Spa of Italy, will introduce the diesel version of its Palio car early next year. According to Fiat, the 1900 cc diesel Palio will be available from February once prototype tests are completed.
