Mitsubishi Motors Corp. said it will sell a 22% stake in its truck and bus manufacturing unit to Daimler-Chrysler AG for about $490 million. The sale of the stake in Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp. is expected to be completed by the end of March. Mitsubishi Motors' stake in Mitsubishi Fuso will fall to 20% from 42%, while DaimlerChrysler's share of the truck and bus company will rise to 65% from 43%.
