Channel Flow air filters

Baldwin Filters has introduced the Channel Flow line of diesel engine air filters. Baldwin said the Channel Flow filters feature a flat and corrugated media, one that when formed into a round or racetrack media pack is inherently stronger and eliminates the need for a center tube and metal wrappers. This, Baldwin said, translates to a more environmentally friendly filter. Air enters via an open channel on the inlet side and flows through the media, exiting through an adjacent open channel. Contaminants remain trapped within the channels and are designed not to dislodge during servicing.
