Double-Pressure Reduction Valve

Diesel Progress North American Edition, April, 2001

The proportional double-pressure reduction valve with a 3-way function from FSP Fluid Systems Partners GmbH is especially suited for activating pumps or larger proportional direction valves with differential pressure adjustment, the company said. The valve drive is supplied from a linear motor that is positioned on one side of the valve and can operate in both directions.

The valve can be supplied either with or without an integrated position feedback. The displacement return unit for the control position is mounted between the piston and the linear motor. According to the company, the pressure can be controlled either from P to A or from P to B, according to personal preference.
