MTS Systems Corp - merger with DSP Technology Inc - Brief Article

Two test equipment manufacturers, MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, Minn., and DSP Technology Inc., have agreed to merge. The combined company, operating as MTS Systems Corp. in Eden Prairie, would have annual revenues of more than $375 million based on revenues for the past 12 months, primarily from the engine and powertrain markets worldwide.
