The EPA released the "Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks: 1990-2006," a report that details the national greenhouse gas inventory. The report found that overall emissions during 2006 decreased by 1.1%. The inventory report tracks annual greenhouse gas emissions at the national level and presents emissions data from 1990 to 2006.
