Transmission Division from Dana Corp. To minimize any potential delivery or

service disruption, TTC and Dana Australia said they have developed a

transition plan to phase Dana out of supporting sales and service of Spicer

transmissions and transfer that activity to TTC as expeditiously as

possible.
