Textron Inc. said it had sold its Energy Manufacturing and Williams Machine and Tool to Eastport Operating Partners as part of its plan to divest noncore assets. Terms of the sale of the Monticello, Iowa-based business were not disclosed. The unit, which employs about 170, makes welded hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps and reservoirs.
