Silver Lead Alloy Battery

East Penn Manufacturing Co. Inc. has introduced a newly designed battery that utilizes a patented silver lead alloy. The Deka Inferno battery has specially designed reinforced full-frame grids that retard grid growth and internal shorting for longer life, the company said. An added electrolyte reservoir retards plate dry-out.
The Deka Inferno battery is available in six BCI group sizes: 25, 35, 34/78, 58, 65 and 75, with up to 690 cold cranking amps at 0[degrees]F.
