> Oshkosh Truck Corp. said it will acquire Geesink Norba Group of the Netherlands for $127.5 million in cash as part of plans to expand its sale of waste disposal vehicles worldwide. Geesink manufactures garbage trucks and other waste disposal vehicles. Headquartered in Emmeloord, Netherlands, the company has annual revenues of $120 million and sells its products through Europe and other parts of the world through a wholly owned distribution network.
