Godwin Pumps of America Inc. (GPA), a manufacturer and rental supplier of portable pumping systems in North and South America, announced the acquisition of Godwin Pumps Ltd. (GPL), Quenington, England. The combined companies will have sales in excess of $100 million. GPA has been GPL's major dent over the past five years, the company said.
