Cummins Westport Inc. (CWI) said it has received its first order for the B LPG Plus propane engine that was commercially launched in May. California's Ontario International Airport has ordered 20 Cummins Westport B LPG Plus engines rated 195 hp. They will be installed in 32 ft., commercial buses manufactured by DaimlerChrysler Commercial Buses of Greensboro, N.C.
The Cummins distributor responsible for the order is Cummins Cal Pacific of Bloomington, Calif.
