Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded $36,746,277 to exercise an option under previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00030-01-C-0071) for U.S./U.K. TRIDENT II (D-5) Launcher Sub-System Deployed Systems Support. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif., and is expected to be completed by July 2004.

Contract funds in the amount of $31,659,342 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
