Epa - Oig Awards Buchanan & Edwards Contract For 360 Degree Feedback Instrument

Buchanan & Edwards, Inc., a Virginia-based consulting firm specializing in strategic technology solutions for human resources management, announced recently it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Inspector General for 360 Degree Feedback Instrument. Buchanan & Edwards will design, develop and administer a web-based application that will facilitate a 360-degree employee evaluation.
The contract is part of the Office of Inspector General's strategic plan and goal to become a High Performance Organization, a highly reputable organizational change model. The instrument will collect anonymous reviews of more than 370 EPA employees from their peers, subordinates and supervisors and then compile those reviews into feedback reports.
