IBM Business Consulting Services, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $5,499,638 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for system maintenance and development resources to maintain and design, develop and implement improvements to an enterprise information system for SUBMEPP, Portsmouth, N.H. The contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $24,994,674.
Work will be performed at Portsmouth, N.H., and is expected to be completed by April 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured on the Navy Electronic Commerce-Online web site, with four offers received. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00140-03-D-L803).
