Tigerpaw Software announces alliance with Toshiba Digital Solutions Division to sell the Tigerpaw business suite

Tigerpaw Software, a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and mid-size businesses, announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Digital Solutions Division (Toshiba DSD) to sell Tigerpaw Business Suite to their authorized dealers. Under the agreement, Toshiba's dealers will have the opportunity to purchase the Tigerpaw Business Suite to help improve their operations and also provide them the ability to resell Tigerpaw's entire product line.

This new alliance will also allow Toshiba DSD's dealers the opportunity to increase their effectiveness within their organizations by providing them a real time CRM/ERP solution. Tigerpaw's Business Suite provides all service related businesses the power of contact management and sales force automation and links these to customer support and inventory management for seamless business operations.

The Tigerpaw Business Suite is a group of integrated CRM software modules for contact management, sales management and quoting, customer service, and inventory control. The Suite is designed to track prospects throughout the sales cycle and all touch-points with customers after the sale. There are four modules in the Suite: Pursuit for contact management and marketing; Quotes for sales force automation, opportunity management, and line item quoting; Service & Repair for customer service, maintenance contracts, and technician tracking; and Parts for purchasing and inventory tracking.

The Tigerpaw Business Suite works in conjunction with a TAPI link for the Toshiba Strata CTX telephone system. Functionality such as this offers greater efficiency by enabling users to dial out of Tigerpaw's Business Suite, as well as providing screen pop capabilities for incoming phone calls. The combination of the TAPI link and the Tigerpaw's Business Suite allows for businesses to increase their bottom line by increasing efficiencies and offering world class customer support.
