IntelliSense Software and PhoeniX form strategic alliance

IntelliSense Software Corporation, a provider of design tools for MEMS, and PhoeniX announced a strategic alliance to provide end to end, enterprise level solutions for MEMS. As part of the agreement, IntelliSense and PhoeniX will make their software products interoperable providing a "living environment" for the design on MEMS.

PhoeniX will also represent IntelliSense's products in northern Europe and Spain.

IntelliSense develops and markets IntelliSuite, the market leading CAD tools for MEMS process modeling and MEMS device and system analysis.

PhoeniX develops software modules that span from numerical solutions to database systems for cleanroom management. The products include various applications for the MST field, offering customers considerable reduction in the operational cost.
