Radiance Technologies, Huntsville, Ala., was awarded on May 20, 2003, an $11,642,567 increment to a $20,602,807 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for innovative technologies exploitation for space applications. Work will be performed in Boulder, Colo. (2.6%); Columbia, Md. (6%); Huntsville, Ala. (85.6%); and the Marshall Space Flight Center, Ala.
(5.8%), and is expected to be completed by May 19, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via Broad Agency Announcement on Aug. 26, 1999, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DASG60-02-C-0069).
