Raytheon Co., Naval & Maritime Integrated Systems, San Diego is being awarded a $37,625,753 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N67854-01-C-2089) to fund the Systems Design and Development Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S). The CAC2S is a software intensive program that will create a new baseline to support the command and control function of the Marine Air Command and control system.
Work will be performed in San Diego (65 percent); Waco, Texas (10 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (10 percent); and Scottsdale, Ariz. (15 percent), and is to be completed in 2007. Contract funds will expire by the end of the current fiscal year. Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va.
