Eclipse Networks, Inc., a Business Services Provider (BSP) specializing in the design, integration and management of networks and application systems consulting and integration, has acquired CinNetic of Cincinnati, Ohio, a system integrator and application service provider (ASP) of e-Business solutions.
CinNetic was a division of Data Systems & Software, Inc. (Nasdaq:DSSI), a provider of computer consulting and development services to high-technology customers in both Israel and the United States.
