Greenland Corporation Installs Cisco Intelligent Call Center System - Product Information

Greenland Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GLCP) has installed a Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) (www.cisco.com) first of a kind state-of-the-art enterprise-wide intelligent contact management system. This new system added to the Greenland priority call center software provides coupled voice and data from multiple channels and allows fast and easy processing of kiosk customers.

Cisco Systems, a leader in networking for the Internet, announced this new capability at the ICCM Call Center Management Conference and Exposition on August 1, 2000. They also announced that a small select group of customers have become the first users. The first users of this enterprise-wide intelligent contact management system are Bank Zip, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, EDS, GE Financial, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Juniper Financial and GREENLAND.

The Cisco customer contact software platform delivers a rich set of features that allow Greenland to interact with customers through a wide variety of channels including Web, phone, chat, and e-mail. Versatility in the way companies communicate with their customers helps build stronger relationships and ensures overall customer satisfaction.

Greenland has incorporated the Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) component of Cisco's platform into its backroom operations. With this capability, Greenland is able to process multiple financial transactions from kiosks located anywhere in the world and support these transactions from manned workstations anywhere in the United States.
