Above items applicable to GBU-12, Paveway II Laser Guided Bomb Program. Locations of performance are: Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz.

(65 percent); Raytheon Co., Sherman, Texas (35 percent). The total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by January 2004. Negotiations were completed in July 2002. The Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42630-02-C-0211).
