Visual Frontier announces major new contract to supply optical storage products to industry leader

Visual Frontier, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: VFTR) announced that it has signed a multi-million dollar deal with Japanese electronics manufacturer TEAC Corporation. Signed at TEAC's Taipei office, the contract lays the groundwork for what is anticipated to be a long-term co-operation between the two companies. Under the agreement Visual Frontier will provide optical storage drives to be sold under the world-renowned TEAC name. Visual Frontier and TEAC will also enter a technology sharing agreement to jointly develop products that meet consumer's demands.

Founded in Japan and operated worldwide, TEAC is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary this year. TEAC Corporation's major businesses include Computer Peripherals, Measurement, Communication, Video and Mass Storage Products, Professional Audio Products and Consumer Audio Products.

This contract is an affirmation of Visual Frontier's design and production capability. Visual Frontier is proud that its products were chosen by TEAC over several competing brands. With the help of companies like TEAC, Visual Frontier can grow and be able to continue to supply its customers with the most technologically advanced products at the most reasonable price. This joint effort project is important to Visual Frontier as it once again proves the competitiveness and overall market appeal of the company's wide array of design efforts.

The deal estimated to be worth two million US dollars annually is a tremendous achievement for the research and development team and a testament to the quality of the company's line of optical storage drives.
