Rome Research Corp., Rome, N.Y., is being awarded a $6,558,932 firm-fixed-price contract for operation and maintenance of naval computer and telecommunications station facilities in Guam. This contract includes options, which if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $32,338,433.

Work will be performed in Guam, Marianas Island, and is expected to be completed by September 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via solicitation on the Navy electronic commerce online web site, with two offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00244-02-C-0052).
