Johnson Controls Inc., Cape Canavaral, Fla., was awarded on Sept. 5, 2003, an $8,244,759 cost-plus-award-fee contract for an OMB A-76 cost comparison study of engineering and information management services. Work will be performed at Fort Dix, N.J. (98.5%) and Oakdale, Pa. (1.5%), and is expected to be completed by Sept.
