Professional Software Engineering, Inc., Virginia Beach, Va., is being awarded a $7,978,468 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-00-D-0402) to exercise an option for engineering, technical and management support services in support of the Marine Corps Distance Learning Program.

The estimated level of effort for this option is 257,252 man-hours. Work will be performed at government sites within the U.S. and Japan (97 percent) and Virginia Beach, Va. (three percent), and is to be completed by September 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air System Command, Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.
