That was a great column about the Mad Russian and his golf course. We have known Ted and Sandy Blehm for about a year. Wherever Ted goes, he makes a big splash and does everything with gusto and determination. After losing millions of dollars, most people would have jumped off the tallest building. Not Ted--he's going to make it back.
