www.byebyenow.com/golf.asp: This vacation planner/travel-agent locator has a hearty golf section with a passel of package deals. Users may search by " juniors," "women," "seniors."

www.expedia.com: American Express' travel site, with deals, course guides and articles. A virtual travel agent with years of experience.

www.golfandtravel.com: Comprehensive travel directory with daily updates. Book reservations or simply browse the pretty pictures. Online art gallery and bookstore, too.

www.thegolfdeal.com: Easy to use, it allows you to plan your golf trip within a budget, filling in courses as you go.

www.golfersguide.com: All-encompassing, with courses, resorts, vacations and real estate all over North America. Includes airline, hotel and car-rental booking.

www.golftrip.com: Plan and book vacation packages around the world, or to the majors.

www.priceline.com: Bid for flights.

www.weather.com/golf: Before the trip, check the weather at The Weather Channel's site. Maps, weekly planners and message boards as well as wind and turf conditions.
