Building a better tee

Golf Digest, Sept, 2002

If you're concerned that the tee may be getting in the way of a really good golf swing, try the Nick Faldo Laserline Tee. By moving the tee seat 8 mm off the stem and then teeing a ball up as shown here, manufacturers claim you will have a better chance of hitting the ball before the tee and preventing a bad drive.

(See, it wasn't your fault when you hit it out-of-bounds on No. 18 last week.) Made of durable plastic, a box of 10 costs $3.50-$4. For information, phone 800-437-2526.
