CA comments to the FDA on qualified health claims

In comments to the Food and Drug Administration on Jan. 26, CA noted the importance to consumers of having truthful information relating to health benefits of foods. The comments noted that consumers benefit from information offered by food manufacturers, which they can use to make better decisions and can be harmed by restrictions on truthful information.
