Now Up-to-Date and Contact 4.0.3, emphasizes ease of use and automation with a variety of new features, including additional user-definable custom fields to allow greater flexibility in the storage of additional contact information, and more fields to handle multiple email addresses, URL addresses and communications data.
The new version adds the ability to view more detailed information in QuickContact (Power On's instant-access contact locator), the ability to attach graphics to contract records, and more.
Other noteworthy innovations include built-in word processing with mail merge, advanced Palm synchronization, and Grab-N-Go, a feature that provides seamless integration with other major applications, permitting users to transform most data or messages into an appointment, task or event and to link documents and alert messages to those items.
