Robinson Gallery & Archive releases photographic prints - Up Front

Art Business News, Dec, 2002

MEMPHIS--The Robinson Gallery and Archive has released a series of limited- and open-edition prints from renowned photographer Jack Robinson, Jr. The editions are available in silver-gelatin, fiber-based archivally processed prints, giclee prints in color and black and white, archival resin prints on Kodak paper and Cibachrome prints. Custom large-format digital prints are also available in two formats. Print prices vary depending on subject, size and availability.

Robinson is a photographer who garnered acclaim for his work in Vogue, Newsweek and other publications. His work in photography documents the social changes in the 1960s and early `70s as reflected by fashion, art, the written word, stage, screen and music. He photographed hundreds of musicians, film stars and icons.

Along with the new prints, there will also be a major show of Robinson's work on view at the Hulton Getty Gallery in London. For more information, call (901) 619-4478.
