Art Business News, Feb, 2004
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- In his work, photographer Monte Nagler said he tries to capture the emotion of a moment and transform it into something that can last a lifetime. "I want to stir people's emotions with my photographs, get them to see the world in a fine light and help them to appreciate life a little more," he said.
Some examples of Nagler's vision can be seen in the photographs he took during recent trips to Thailand and Cambodia, including "Water Gatherer," taken in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and "Long Tail Boats," taken in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
These works and more will be on display at Nagler's booth (No. 2448) at Artexpo.
